I love people who still do unboxings of disk games. Its fairly useless when the game comes out, but as a collector and saving money second hand, I love these videos because I can check to make sure if the game had came with a manual. No digging between different sources, just straight up unboxing.

It's an appreciated effort, but you spoke in such slooow motion that it was difficult to understand some of what you were saying. Train tracks and dwelling on an empty lot are a waste of time & not compelling. People are more interested to see the commerce on Pioneer Blvd., restaurants and such.
